These terms cover access to EA PRO TEAM software, dashboards, and live services for trading automation users.

Scope and eligibility
You must be at least 18, permitted to use trading automation in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate identity and contact data. Institutional use requires explicit approval.
Accounts and verification
We may request identity or funding proof before enabling premium modules. Access may stay limited until verification completes.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, share credentials, or attack our infrastructure. Automated scraping or reverse engineering of proprietary modules is prohibited.
Licensing
Modules are licensed, not sold. Rights are personal, revocable, and non-transferable. Keep license keys confidential.
Payments and refunds
Paid tiers and funded accounts may have separate commercial terms. Unless local law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access is delivered.
Trading risk
All trading involves risk of loss. You remain responsible for position sizing, stop placement, and regulatory compliance in your region.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or retire modules. Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notices when possible.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.
Support and incidents
Use the ticket desk for outages, bugs, or security reports. Urgent incidents should include time, account email, and module name.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law unless mandatory local law applies.
