05Do I need to create a Telegram bot with BotFather?
For the planned version 4 connection, no. EA PRO uses a centrally managed bot and a one-time account-linking flow.
06What happens if the Telegram service is unavailable?
Once version 4 delivery is released, Telegram messages may stop or wait for retry. The local risk and trade-management core remains a separate boundary.

Yes. Use the official market build in a clean MT5 terminal and confirm that core use does not request DLL permission or require an external library installation.
